R20,000 – R25,000 per month + Benefits

About the Role

Join a leading global online retail project and support German-speaking customers with high-quality service and problem resolution.

You will handle inbound customer interactions, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone and/or digital channels

  • Resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work within a 24/7 rotational shift structure

  • Accurately update internal systems and case documentation

  • Maintain service quality and performance KPIs

Requirements

  • German language proficiency (B2–C2, written & spoken)

  • Good command of English for internal communication

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

  • Customer service or call centre experience preferred

  • Retail experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends)

  • Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
