What Youll Do
- Provide empathetic and accurate customer support
- Investigate account issues and content reports
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding
- Use data insights to enhance the user experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

What You Bring
Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
Relocation Package (for candidates from another EU country)

- Spanish (C1) + English (good level)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
