Were looking for German-speaking Technical Support Advisors who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems.

What youll do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues

• Provide professional, friendly customer service

• Take ownership of cases until full resolution

• Escalate complex issues when needed

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

What were looking for

• Proficient or bilingual German (C1/C2)

• Advanced English (B2+)

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working on-site

What we offer

• Full-time permanent contract (39h/week)

• Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00) – weekends free!

• Salary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus/year
