German Business Developer Representative – Google Ads Products
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday)

Are you passionate about Google products, digital marketing, and sales?
Our client, a global leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing, is looking for a German Business Developer Representative to join their growing Google Ads team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with German-speaking businesses, helping them grow through effective online advertising solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your contribution directly impacts customer success and business growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new advertisers through inbound and outbound leads

Manage and grow your own portfolio of German-speaking clients

Identify customer needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutions

Optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performance

Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when opportunities arise

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

Act as a trusted advisor for clients online marketing strategies
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Native-level German and fluent English

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

A proactive hunter mindset with confidence in outbound sales calls

Passion for sales, technology, and the digital advertising landscape

Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of business models
