About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Customer Support Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support clients in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns while delivering high-quality customer service.

This is an on-site position in Lisbon, operating in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.

Working Schedule

You will work in rotating shifts, including weekends:

  • Monday to Sunday

  • 2 rotational days off

  • Shifts between:

    • 07:00 – 16:00

    • 10:00 – 19:00

The project operates 24/7, so flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with paid campaign management

  • Provide guidance on campaign setup and optimization

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools

  • Deliver professional and solution-oriented customer support

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and performance standards

Requirements

  • Native-level Arabic (mandatory)

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Previous experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)

  • Experience with Google Analytics (mandatory)

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Must be currently located in Lisbon

Important: No accommodation support is provided. Candidates must already be living in Lisbon.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €920 gross x14 months

  • Complexity Bonus: €40 x11 months

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day

  • Health Insurance: From day 1 (employee contribution required; fully covered after 6 months)

  • Retention Bonus: Available depending on project performance

  • Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment

    • Conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism

    • Not part of the fixed monthly salary package
