Spanish & English Marketing Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon (On-site)

We are hiring a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. If you have experience managing paid campaigns and enjoy helping clients grow their digital presence, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat

• Assist clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management

• Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance

• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication

• Work closely with marketing and technical teams

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+)

• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar)

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Already located in Lisbon

• On-site availability

Schedule

• Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

• 2 rotating days off

• 12-hour weekly rotation structure

• On-site work

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €920 x 14 months

• Welcome bonus: €40/month (paid for 11 months during first year)

• Meal allowance: €7.63/day
