Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (German Speakers)

Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking German-speaking Quality Expert Reviewers to join an established operations team based in Dublin City Centre. This role focuses on reviewing and assessing content quality across multiple workflows while ensuring compliance with client policies and quality standards.

Previous Content Moderation experience is mandatory for this role.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Fully onsite – Dublin City Centre

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday–Sunday between 08:00–19:00

  • Training: 4 weeks onsite in Dublin

  • Contract: Permanent

Important: No holiday or time-off requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks due to full training requirements.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: €37,333 per annum

Key Responsibilities

You will support the quality review of global client workflows, including:

Content Moderation Areas:

  • Violence or credible threats of violence

  • Self-harm-related content

  • Theft, fraud, vandalism, or sale of restricted goods

  • Impersonation and privacy violations

  • Hate speech, bullying, and harassment

  • Phishing, spam, and malware

  • Child exploitation

  • Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation

  • Other content areas as required

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identity verification and authenticity/access reviews

  • Managing escalations

  • Reviewing viral/high-impact content (HERO, memes)

  • Dangerous organization content (DOI)

  • Applying policies with strong awareness of cultural, political, and social context relevant to the supported market

Requirements

  • Fluent German (spoken & written)

  • Good level of English

  • Proven Content Moderation experience

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Dublin
